- Can I electronically transfer money from my Credit Union accounts to another bank or financial institution? Yes, A signed form is needed on file and the request is needed prior to 3 p.m. The Funds will be avalible by NEXT BUSINESS DAY. For more information or to get the required form contact Dana Trosper
ATMs and Credit Cards- How do I get an ATM card? You must have a checking account with the Credit Union in order to have an ATM card.
- How do I apply for a credit card? Contact the Group Service Employees Federal Credit Union
- Although I have one credit card account, can I get a credit card for my spouse to use on the account, too? Yes. Contact Vicky Fegaly to learn more
- How do I report a lost credit card or debit card? To report lost/stolen credit cards, call 1-800-442-4757. For lost/stolen debit cards, call 1-800-791-2525.
Loans- How do I apply for a loan? You can apply for a loan by fax, e-mail, mail, phone or in person. For more information on loans or to download a loan application Click Here Click here to view a copy of the loan application.
- Can I get pre-approved for a loan? Yes. A loan application is needed on file. Click Here for the loan application
Christmas/Holiday Club- Is a Christmas Club and Holiday Club the same thing? Yes, E-mail, call or come by to set one up. To learn more about this type of account, Click Here.
- When can I access my Christmas Club money? November 1st
- Can I withdraw my money early from my club account? Yes, two times yearly without a fee, $5.00 for each withdrawal thereafter
IRAs- Can I open an IRA account at the Credit Union? Yes. To open an IRA or learn more about this type of account, Contact the Group Service Employees Federal Credit Union
- What types of IRAs are available? Traditional, ROTH, and Education Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA), including regular IRA share accounts and IRA certificate of Deposits, $1,000 minimum.
Certificates of Deposit (also known as CD’s)- Does the Credit Union offer CD’s? Yes. To open a CD or learn more about this type of account, Click Here
- What is the minimum amount for a CD? $2,000.00
- What type of CDs are offered? 6 months, 1 year, and 2 year CD’s.
